Where do I send my child's Pace tests?
If your student is a member of ACHS send their PACE tests at the beginning of each month to:

Why did I receive an Attendance Sheet?
If your student is a member of ACHS, you will receive an Attendance Sheet that should be filled in during the month and sent back to the Caboolture Address (see above). Send the sheets in with the PACE tests.
How can I get Star Charts and Supervisor Progress Cards?
If you need star charts or supervisor progress cards and if your student is a member of ACHS please call the ACHS office and these will be sent to you.
How can I contact the Orders Department/Accounts Department?
If you have queries about your PACE order or Customer Account, please call the reception at CEM and they will transfer you to the necessary department:

TASMANIA
Once a parent has decided on home education, to ensure that it is ‘legal’ they need to contact THEAC (Tasmanian Home Education Advisory Council) for an Information on Home Education Registration sheet. This sheet provides a clear flow chart with the processes which need to be followed to apply for registration as a home educator. [Registration includes the completion of an Application for Home Education form with accompanying certified copy of the child/ren’s full Record of Birth/Birth Certificate showing parents/guardians, and an outline of their proposed program].

NORTHERN TERRITORY
If families wish to educate their children at home, they must complete and return an application form. Interim approval is granted, provided the application is completed in full, and will remain in place throughout the approval process. Children should not be removed from school until interim approval has been received in writing.
